HOW LONG DOES YOUR REPAIR SERVICE TAKE?

A repair can take anything from 30mins to multiple days.

We will always offer all options to clients with regards to expediated services and be transparent with the cost implications. 

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE REPLACEMENT PARTS?

Normally we can offer either genunie or compatible replacement parts for repairs.

 When ordering prices and warranties differ from repair to repair - depning on where we source parts from. 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Cash, Bank Transfer, Direct Debit & Card payment are all accepted.

We may sometimes require payment upfront when ordering expensive, bespoke or new equipment.

DO YOU OPERATE AS A SHOP / STORE FRONT?

Our office is located down a rural lane, we therefore advise booking an appointment to see us.

We may be on remote calls, or with other clients if you just 'drop by' meaning we wont be able to help.
